Memorable phrases

Yesterday I've heard some memorable phrases which provided hope, encouragement and lots of laughs.

1) 'Because you say so, I will'. This was the premise of Biggie E's sermon yesterday. Provocative, profound but indeed practical. I wish living as a Christian could be that easy sometimes. Is God calling me to China? Yes...for a holiday he is!

2) We were driving home from Jama practice when Daniel blurts out, "I can't wait until Junior Junior finishes." Everyone started laughing and then Daniel quickly corrected himself.

3) While at Jama practice, Hermann wanted to share some scripture. As he was sharing it, the word 'whom' came out. Most normal people would pronouce it 'hooom' but then Hermann pronouced it as a funny 'huom'. It would have been okay it he said it once but the word popped out like 4 times. On the first go, people just looked at him funny and then agan the second time, I could see Fats starting to crack a cheese, Haewon mouthing the word to herself and Daniel grinning a mad cheese. I was too scared to laugh first so I was looking at the green carpet of Young Nak Church. On the next 'huom' Fats could not hold it any longer, he started laughing. This opened to floodgates of laughter of other people. It was hilarious to see everyone hold it in and then just laugh it hard! Hermann looks at us and pulls out a classic line. "Word of God guys!"

4) Another line from the Hermz. As we had finished sharing prayer topics, Hermann says, "Guys we aren't going to do the song, Enough."
*everyone nods*
Haewon pulls out the line "Have you had enough of enough?" She starts laughing like a hyena at her own jokes.
*Steve gets up to leave*
Everyone says "bye" to Steve.
Hermann grabs everyones attention again and says "Guys, we are going to scrap Enough. Is that cool?"
Daniel and Bomz start cheesing it hard. No one says anything. Hermann is about to talk again and then Daniel says "Why don't u say that we're not going to do Enough again?"
hahaha.. ROFL!

I guess most of these are "you had to be there" jokes but nonetheless it brought laughter to my day!
