The aftermath of sickness

Being sick is annoying.

I've only been sick 2 days and it sucks. There were so many things that I wanted to do but somehow I feel this is God telling me to wind down and 'chill.'

I've slept for too many hours in one day. I'm amazed at people who can read while they are sick. I can't even watch tv properly while I'm sick. All I did for the past 2 days was drink Coke (i might add that it has aided me in my recovery....dun ask me how...there is no medical explanation) and try to figure out a catchy war cry for our caregroup. Failure or success will be known tomorrow.

To all the hurting people out there, I realise there are too many cooking shows out there in tv land, reading is hard, everything tastes bland EXCEPT COKE but at least u get to sleep in!
Hopefully no one gets sick for our Mini-Olympics tomorrow. I just hope that our performance tomorrow are as good as our shirts!
