If you're not the one
I had a hectic morning with meetings in the City. I have trouble waking up in the mornings not being able to have proper showers. So frustrating and annoying. God is really teaching me patience. I didn't think about it but after talking to a friend and telling her how frustrating not having proper showers was she asked me, "How was it in Thailand?"
That really got me thinking about the conditions in Thailand and how I didn't mind that it was cold and slightly unhygienic. I felt embarassed and slightly ashamed at how I was complaining so much about something so insignificant.
Anyways I hate it when you feel like something is going so well and there are no hindrances but something just pops up and really slaps you in the face. Something which you forgot to consider, issues that you thought have passed over.. those are the things that hinder such progress.
I really like what Thomas a Kempis said when he said that
Adversities do not make a man frail, they show what sort of man he is.
I want to thank all the G2 leaders for all their dedication and hard work on Saturday! You guys rock!
